The SAS controller chips are also present on many newAMD/Opteron based systems, like the Sun 4100. Note that thiscontroller can drive both SAS and SATA drives or a mix of them atthe same time. The Integrated RAID Mirroring available for thesecontrollers is poorly supported at best.

EHCI USB 2.0The USB-IF insisted on only one implementation of EHCI but creates 4 virtual hcd to cover USB1.1 support. The virtual HCD on Intel and VIA EHCI controllers are UHCI.
